The first edition of the FOR ELEKTRO trade fair confirmed the exhibitors’ interest in presentation of electrical technologies, illumination and security systems. Altogether 54 firms presented their products and services on an exhibition area of 1382 m2. A part of the trade fair was formed also by a professional accompanying programme whose main event was the conference entitled “Intelligent Buildings & Telecommunications”.

By organising such a specialised trade fair, the ABF, a.s. trade fair administration has managed to meet the needs of those exhibitors who wanted to advertise this sector at a separate event under its own name, however, simultaneously with the FOR ARCH building trade fair featuring a tradition of several years.

The second edition of the FOR ELEKTRO Trade Fair will be focused on the issues connected with the continuous growth of energy prices and permanent increase in housing comfort demands. Simultaneously with these issues, the trade fair will provide space for the electrotechnical industry which is connected with building production. Concerning the next year’s edition, the organisers expect an increased interest of the firms dealing also with production of electrical installation technologies which form an important element for completion of constructions. They will be glad to provide space for exhibits searching for solutions in the field of possibilities of energy savings, intelligent control systems and integrated security systems.
